Cardful is an early-stage, invite-only product. This is a preliminary terms-of-service template, not final legal copy — it will be reviewed and updated as the product develops.
Cardful is a platform that connects collectors with vendors so collectors can consign physical items — trading cards and related collectibles — to a vendor to sell on their behalf at card shows, on terms the two parties agree to directly.
By creating an account and using Cardful, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You sign in to Cardful with a Google account via OAuth. You're responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (name, role, city) and for activity that happens under your account.
Cardful facilitates the introduction and negotiation between collectors and vendors — splits, price floors, and show assignments are agreed to directly between the two parties. Cardful is not a party to those consignment agreements, does not take custody of items, and does not guarantee a sale, a specific price, or the condition or authenticity of any item.
Vendors on Cardful are reviewed before being added to the platform. Vetting reduces but does not eliminate risk — collectors and vendors are each responsible for their own due diligence before agreeing to a consignment.

Cardful is in early access. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and features, availability, and data may change or reset as we iterate.
To the extent permitted by law, Cardful and its operators aren't liable for disputes between collectors and vendors, or for losses arising from consigned items, including loss, theft, or damage that occurs outside of Cardful's own systems.
You can stop using Cardful at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Placeholder — to be confirmed as Cardful's legal structure is finalized.)
We'll update this page as Cardful moves out of its early-access phase, and update the "last updated" date above when that happens.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the Cardful team through the platform.
